Halo Legends

Some of you may have already heard, for those of you still living under rocks there is to be a anime of halo. The first part will consist of 7 short films and be animated by five studios and will be directed by Mamoru OSHII (Ghost in the shell).

I'm personally going to reserve complete judgment (other than the usual pessimism) until I get a look at the cast.

i cant wait for this. i just watched the trailer and it looks like each studio has a different take on how it should look. itll be weird at first but as long as the story is amazing(which i expect it will be since Oshii is in on it) ill be happy.

It's Halo so I'll watch it of course.

At least it can't be any worse than the books.

Hey, there was a good Halo book, the fall of reach. And what do you know, it's getting a game.
Of course that was like one good one out of like 9 but whatever.

honestly i thought all the books were good but what i really care about is the evolution of the halo universe as a whole. like finding out about the previous spartans, MCs squad, the marines and all the other stuff going on during the games. as long as the anime contribute to that, theyll be amazing in my book.
