Seitokai no Ichizon: The Best Harem is a Happy Harem!
"The series, which is also called Hekiyō Gakuen Seito-kaigi Jiroku (The Records of the Hekiyō Academy Student Council’s Activities), revolves around a private high school whose student council is chosen entirely by popularity vote. Because of this, Ken Sugisaki is the only male representative, in the otherwise all bishōjo student council, that may enter the “sacred sanctuary” of the council’s meeting room. At the behest of Council President Kurimu Sakurano, Sugisaki records the minutes of the council meetings, which devolve into daily conversations about the students’ lives and interests." -ANN
"Amazon's review says: All the volumes are the same. It's like there's no plot." -Seitokai no Ichizon
I admit I actually liked the first episode, so I guess that makes me a terrible human being by GG standards. Well, I guess it's still too early to form permanent opinions.
Ken seems like the kind of male lead I can support. Absolutely shameless in announcing to the girls that he intends to have them as his harem and playing eroges in front of them.
Show kind of reminds of lucky star (which is reinforced by a certain scene), sans a fourth wall.
Art was not horrifying, and actually fluid. Voice, well with the exception of the guy who voices Ken, everyone is pretty much the bottom of the food chain. That said, I had no major complaints.

I just watched it, and I can't say I disliked it. It was entertaining and the art style is just studio DEEN's art style like it always is. I would have hoped that lil Red's voice style would have been different but I guess the general population want's their lolis /lame.
If anything, Mufuyu's talk about her walkthrough dedication was funny enough to carry the show but also in general I like these nonchalant slice of life comedies so I'm going to keep watching it.

Watched it last night, enjoyed it, there were a lot of shameless references though, like "how do you spell melancholy?" and that umineko is the current fad.
Pretty good otherwise.

Those references were hilarious.

Fun episode, though the new ED sounds rather weird.
Looks like Mamiko Noto will be joining the next episode.

Every time they refer to the council president as Aka-chan, it always makes me think of baby, simply because it seems so fitting though I'm certain it has no relevance.

Yeah more and more people are enjoying this show than I initially thought there would be, gogo Noto!!

Right 3 is out, and it was a pretty amusing episode.
Looks like Ken raised a couple of more flags this episode and I did take a liking to Lilicia. I almost forgot Noto was voicing Lilicia since she didn't use that breathy voice of hers.
Also, I feel the ED is degrading with every episode. This time sounded... pretty bad. I hope this was intentional.
Previews: Looks like we get to Echo of Death next ep... wonder how that will go. I had a good laugh from it from the manga.

I never listen to the ED so I wouldn't know.
That whole reference near the beginning with Jigoku Shoujo killed me, was better way to introduce Noto's character than to have her reference one of her most famous shows.
lastly
"OH MY GOD!"
Too good.

Re: Seitokai no Ichizon: The Best Harem is a Happy Harem!
The lack of Lilicia saddens me, even though she's still making fun articles about the student council.
My only disappoint, aside from being hit again by the boys' love part, was when Chizuru fixed Ken by counting to three instead of hitting his pressure points like how the manga presented (yes I do realize the show is based off the novels, but still).

Fun episode, I think they should've had Ken tell more stories though.
Looks like Lilicia gets a bit more screen time next along with her loli imouto, I guess it's double the motivation for Ruben.
