Re: Gender Guessing Game (Not 56k-Friendly)
Okay it's been about a week now so time for an update. This seems a little hard for some of you so I went through the effort of finding some easier ones this week. I'm also going to start throwing in some duds too, so don't read too far into the pictures now. :p
1. Kuja (Male) from FFIX. Man, I remember the first time I played through the game I seriously thought that he shouldn't have been a guy. He's pretty much a girly-man in every sense of the word, and his outfit pretty much shows this.
2. Sikieiki Yamaxanadu (Female) from Phantasmagoria of Flower View. She's usually portrayed in doujins as the no-nonsense type who likes to lecture her subordinates. She also has the most annoying offensive effects ever when you fight her as a boss.
3. Wriggle Nightbug (Female) from Imperishable Night. Some doujins even portray her as a trap since she's probably the only female Touhou character that doesn't wear a skirt or a dress. She confused me too before I found out that just about every Touhou character is female. Other than that, 1st stage boss = easy.
4. Atori (Male) from Noein. I found Atori to be so very annoying until he went docile. Noein was still pretty fun to watch, though, especially because it had the God-Emperor of emos in it.
5. Yuuki Kei (Male) from Moyashimon. A silly little (pun intended) series about a guy who can see microbes. Kei disappeared for half of the series only to return as a trap-goth-loli in the last few episodes.

Re: Gender Guessing Game (Not 56k-Friendly)
Wow it took me forever to find the motivation to update this but here it is.
Btw, round 6 was all female.
1. Plenair from Disgaea. She's immensely popular for some unknown reason, though she does have a deadpan sense of humor when she actually talks. She's usually accompanied by Usagi-san.
2. Ryougi Shiki from Kara no Kyoukai. KnK is sort of a prototype for Tsukihime in novel form. Shiki has two separate personalities (one male and one female) but she herself is female. I'm still waiting anxiously for the movies to get subbed.
3. Yukimaru from Disgaea 2. I honestly don't remember much about her, other than that she tries to kill you for a while and she does the ~de gozaru thing at the end of her sentences. She's probably the most like Sheena from Tales of Symphonia, except not nearly as well-endowed.
4. Inubashiri Momiji from Mountain of Faith. Not much to her other than that she's a tengu like Aya and guards the mountain against intruders (intruders being you in this case). I have yet to figure out how to get past her stupid pattern without bombing. =/
5. Mercedes from Odin Sphere. Odin Sphere is one of the best games that you will never play. Mercedes, being a fairy princess who is ill-prepared to lead her country and all, is not really as interesting of a character as any of the others. However, she is voiced by none other than Noto Mamiko, which makes her awesome. Playing as her is like playing an archer in RBO.

Next week, we'll fight against single characters. In other words, I'll start throwing in group shots, so be prepared.
