And now for a refreshing bit of good news.

Sengoku Basara will be receiving a second season.

Though I do wonder what it's going to be about if they finish by offing Nobunaga this season. Maybe base it around Hideyoshi's unification of Japan after the end of Nobunaga?

I dunno it's coming to end and I actually feel a sense of closure with this series unlike many (K-ON!), so I'm really curious what they're going to do. Maybe Oichi could... oh I dunno.... FIGHT?!?! and they could introduce the other half of the cast that currently isn't present.

No She's just kinda just chilling at Nobunaga's place right now looking pretty with her scythe pick weapon thing. It kinda went like this...
Nobunaga: Oichi fight for me *throws unique weapon at her*
Oichi: butbutbutbutbutbut
Nobunaga: You have no choice do you want to die?!?!?
Oichi:I won't respond because it's going to pan out to Mitsuhide anyways
