Rape games banned, really this time

Well anyone following the back and forth topic of rape eroges, will see that a decision has been reached.

So how will this effect the industry? Most likely in absolutely no way whatsoever.

I love how Americans can't help but feel the need to pointlessly police other cultures.

Well I doubt any representative is going to say "I object! Rape should be totally fine"

They wouldn't have to. Since it basically cost money to enforce a ban on anything, it wouldn't be out of the way to demand actual, or hell ANY, evidence to support claims. All this could be done under the umbrella of free speech without actually going, "I support rape games."

Or they could take the Illusions approach (the company that made the game that triggered this thing) and tell everyone complaining to get bent.

At least they aren't taking a hard position with Loli.
