This game and song has been around since Sept 2010.

They're making a 18+ version called fortissimo EXS//Akkord:nächsten Phase (the company is affiliated with Circus, so things gradually get tacked on to the base).

The little busters soundtrack is good, still think Haruka Kanata was the best song from it though. I remember having the hardest time finding that song back when I heard it because the song name was so popular and I didn't know it was from Little Busters at the time.
