H2O: spoilers? opinions?

I've been watching H2O: Footprints in the Sand and was wondering if anyone else here was watching it and what your opinions of it so far.
I personally thought it was gonna be a love comedy staring Hirose as the blind man, but it became serious and at times completely random (Otoha episode).

I'm watching this, it's so poorly written that it's hilarious,
for starters I'm just going to throw a shitload of spoilers in here so stop reading now if U care.
First off the whole unique aspect of the show was that the central harem guy was going to be blind and it could have been a new view on the comedic aspect, but somehow through some retarded miracle he gained his eyesight back taking this show a few giant leaps back to generic harem plot. Now the main reason Otoha gave him his eyesight back or so she calls it "This power" (haha his superpower is EYESIGHT!) was supposed to be to be able to help out Kohinata, help save her from her troubles and bring peace to the village etc. I figure since she referred to him as the "Promised (Chosen?) one" that she cared for Kohinata since we know that they were good friends when she was alive so she waited for Hirose to show his blind face so she could give him the power of eyesight to help her out. Ok so this all makes sense, wasn't what I was expecting but it's fine. I also have to point out that people in this show just seem to accept anything no matter how strange it is and just flow with it, examples being when Hirose got his eyesight back, and when Hotaru admitted she wasn't actually her dead sister (can't remember her name atm), in both these important turning points in the show no one seemed to be shocked or anything they just kinda flowed with it and life went on.
Now we come to the twist, now... I don't know if they even had this all planned out until like only a few episodes ago but the major twist in the newest episode was that Hirose actually never gained his eyesight back *GASP*. Ok just to persuade the audience that we didn't just make this up on the spot we'll throw in the only evidence that we have which was one scene in the previous or 2 eps ago (I don't care enough to check). Lets hope they don't recall the multitude of scenes in the past 9 episodes that contradicts this new plot device, just for you guys reading my post I'll do you a favor and 1-up the studio by not providing just one piece of evidence but TWO! 1. He saw Hamaji topless and found out that he was a guy, Hamaji acknowledged this discovery with a wink at him at which point he made this OH SHI- face. 2. He saw Kohinata completely naked at a lake and she hung him and made him regret it. There are more but I want to get to the biggest bomb about this last second twist, that would be what Otoha said to Hirose. Basically she completely changed the whole purpose of him getting THA POWAH! (eyesight) from helping others which was apparent since ep 1-2 into some kind of quest to save himself from not letting his dead mother go, does that require eyesight? if so Otoha should have given him a bunch of porn vids to go along with his eyesight, maybe it would have helped him get over his mothers death easier. So now, with him realizing he's blind again, he somehow become completely helpless at not being able to see, he can't even get around the house. Hmmm, how much time has passed since the first ep? I'm sure he's a little bit better at the whole blind thing than that, but ok I'll buy it. Now the studio tries to create drama by reusing the same elements a couple of times in the same episode (keep in mind this entire paragraph is covering the same 1 trainwreck of an episode). He starts out by going aggressive on Kohinata because shes distantly related to his mothers death, then he says he's sorry, then she runs away, then she comes back, then he says he's sorry, then he gets aggressive over the same reason again, she goes away, then shes getting beat up by people, then he finds her, he apologizes, then he gets angry again and gets aggressive on her this time he almost kills her, then he feels sorry when they both awaken, then shes forced out of the village and the ep ends with him saving her life. I think at this point Kohinata should just kill him and end the show. They get 2 more eps to fix this by just taking back everything that happened in that episode and giving us some kind of hot springs episode.
Thats my opinion/episode 11 review
If you want a good romance drama, go watch True Tears.

Hirose was not the only one who did the Oh Shi- face, I was shocked and stunned for a couple minutes.
I think if he was blind throughout the series he would've been more likely to fall off that bridge or any random cliff. Also if they decide to continue this plot device, I would not be surprised if they say that when he was "cured" they played along with it, because blind confidence may not be enough by itself.
To think, that happy resolution-like episode, in episode 10, was destroyed by one statement. I would be happy if Hirose and the old man have a fight to the death, but more than likely more stuff will probably be revealed about Kohinata's family, because she never mentioned why she was orphaned (unless I missed it) and it seems murder can be overlooked, also why make it a personal execution with a rifle? if your gonna use a rifle use it at a distance, these guys acted like damn bond villains, "It seems that your time is up miss Kohinata." K~"What are you planning." "We want you to die."

If the world he was in was an illusion and they all played along with it, it could work..
Kohinata's parents were killed by the village it was explained earlier.
Keep an eye out for Hamaji in Brian's Gender Guessing Game, you won't be the only one making the OH SHI- face again
Being cured while they all played along with it would be some kind of strange twilight zone-like plot though, I'm sure it couldn't make the series any worse than it already is, it can only go up from here.

Thanks, I only remembered Kohinta talking about her house being torched, now it makes a lot more sense.
hehe, twilight zone, "Hirose he was just your average blind teenager, until he stepped into...the twilight zone." *fade out music* Now for my episode twelve overall overview in three words: Dues Ex Machina.
