The long overdue update - Round 3 is over.

1. Yokou Maya (female) from Bamboo Blade. She looks and acts like a guy. woot more material for me.
2. Ennis (female) from Baccano! Totally obvious, and really popular. Ruben you fail again for not watching it. The ending was really satisfying.
3. Dio Eracles (male) from Last Exile. Dio was probably the most fleshed-out character in the show, sadly (lol). He doesn't really look that much like a girl, but I really thought he was a girl when I first saw him in the OP.
4. Kuu (female) from Haibane Renmei. Great series - more people should watch it.
5. Ayasaki Hayate (male) from Hayate no Gotoku! (Hayate the Combat Butler). Hayate wearing the "ultimate butler uniform." I love how the series got ten times more epic and full of win when the Gurren Lagann staff took over for 2 episodes.

~Ahaha that round was way harder than I had expected it would be. Oh well, it'll only get harder from here on out so you guys should brace yourselves (then it'll actually be a guessing game! for some people, at least).

1. Peppo (Male) from Gankutsuou. This series was, for lack of better words, a masterpiece. Words can do it no justice, everyone should watch it for themselves. Peppo wasn't that important, though.
2. Haruhi Fujioka (Female) from Ouran High School Host Club. I think a lot of people knew this one already, so it was kinda the lightweight of this round just to make it not-so-hard. I feel kinda sorry for Haruhi Fujioka, though, since most shows that season were heavily overshadowed by the infinitely-more-popular Haruhi Suzumiya.
3. Boogiepop Phantom (Male) from the Boogiepop series. Now before anyone argues with me, Boogiepop himself is a male. His alter-ego is female, but that's pretty much an entirely seperate character.
4. Reisen Udongein Inaba (Female) from Imperishable Night. She actually wears a skirt, but for the purposes of this game, that picture doesn't show it. Anyways, easiest 5th Stage Touhou Boss ever. Seriously.
5. Makoto Kousaka (Male) from Genshiken (Genshiken season 2 to be specific). I honestly thought this would be another lightweight as well but apparently not. >.> I mean really, Kousaka and his epic crossplay is one of the highlights of the second season.

Okay it's been about a week now so time for an update. This seems a little hard for some of you so I went through the effort of finding some easier ones this week. I'm also going to start throwing in some duds too, so don't read too far into the pictures now. :p

1. Kuja (Male) from FFIX. Man, I remember the first time I played through the game I seriously thought that he shouldn't have been a guy. He's pretty much a girly-man in every sense of the word, and his outfit pretty much shows this.
2. Sikieiki Yamaxanadu (Female) from Phantasmagoria of Flower View. She's usually portrayed in doujins as the no-nonsense type who likes to lecture her subordinates. She also has the most annoying offensive effects ever when you fight her as a boss.
3. Wriggle Nightbug (Female) from Imperishable Night. Some doujins even portray her as a trap since she's probably the only female Touhou character that doesn't wear a skirt or a dress. She confused me too before I found out that just about every Touhou character is female. Other than that, 1st stage boss = easy.
4. Atori (Male) from Noein. I found Atori to be so very annoying until he went docile. Noein was still pretty fun to watch, though, especially because it had the God-Emperor of emos in it.
5. Yuuki Kei (Male) from Moyashimon. A silly little (pun intended) series about a guy who can see microbes. Kei disappeared for half of the series only to return as a trap-goth-loli in the last few episodes.
