I dunno what nationality these people are, but some of the things they try and explain are extremely vague, including this phrase from their latest update:
"We cannot make any major transformation of character’s attributes from “Demon” to specific attributes right now because it will affect the gameplay. However, we do read the comments section, and we are able to change all Demons to Youkai! "
