I am now very tempted to watch. Has anyone (Ruben) seen this yet and can offer their thoughts?

This is a really fanservicey show from the episodes that I've seen so far. It has an interesting story in with Chizuru the fox deity that falls in love with the main character Kouta and she keeps trying to get it on with him.

Noto Mamiko is good enough of a reason for me.

Whats the supposed to mean?
I thought after seeing the first ep that it could be kinda entertaining, but after the third I just kinda wanna drop it. I mean seriously I'm just watching the same thing on repeat, and the repeat is on repeat as well, thats alot of repeating.
I figure since I like to give things a chance I'll give it a few more eps but if the usual antics of Chizuru coming onto the kid and then him getting flustered about it happens another 20+ times in 3 episodes I might have to call it quits, even if my love is the VA of Kouta. I think baka-raptors thoughts on harem series applies here when he says "why would this take 26 episodes to resolve" or in this case 12...but thats still too long. I mean christ she was ON him half naked in the first ep and nothing happened.
This series also has really crappy animation, which I can understand because 1. the studio that's doing it (Xebec) has done alot more work as just animation assistance rather than the main animation for series, 2. They're probably putting all their funds into Mnemosyne, which has decent quality, 3. same studio as To-Love-Ru which also has shitty animation (at least the main guy in this show is actually working towards a chick he likes)
To sum it up, I say stay away from this show if you value your time, which I don't hence is why I've seen 3 eps of it already.
Some series I've enjoyed the most thus far are, Kurenai, Special A, and Nijuu Mensou no Musume. Although basing off of what I know you like such as Hayate and Kimiaru maybe you'd enjoy Kamen no Maid guy more? I hear it's good although it's detrimental to my health to watch that.

Guess I do not value my time then, since I had to specifically make time to watch two episodes already. It seems like they added the other girl, just so that there is tension in an otherwise fanservicey, very slight fighting anime (at least the "fight" sequence was not timed in the first ep.). Wow, Noto and Ayako were casted in a lot of interesting animes.

Amazing, thats kinda disturbing but, it's ok. The less places this show exists, the better.

If they ever make another season of this show, I'll have to murder someone... by making them watch it.

The show is so over the top with their fanservice it's actually somewhat entertaining.
Not surprising that some streaming sites took down the show because of how over the top it is.
