Nah, I like the pacing so far, I think this character development and interaction is actually some of the better I've seen. I wouldn't want someone to bite the bucket too early here.
God I love this show, I just hope they don't go around ret-conning people's deaths.

They literally released Summoner about 2 weeks ago, the advertising/anime team (same team clearly) got on that QUICK.

It's definitely a much different class than anything else in the game, but I haven't had time to devote time to PSO2 to really get deep into it, and I probably won't until later this year, especially since Black Desert is about to launch in the US.

This reminds me of all those times I pushed for our team room to be hot springs. Then they made it beach...

So I have a couple predictions/speculations about Grimgar (don't worry, I don't read LNs so this is all pure guess):

1. Mary and the party are going to become super homies and she'll open up to them entirely. Later on, she will learn a Resurrect spell that can only be cast once, and she will have to choose between the guy she lost in her first party, and whoever gets peaced out of the remaining, OR she will have a heartfelt, selfless moment where she resurrects Manato and dies herself.

2. This whole world is a dream. At the end, they wake up in their normal lives and have no recollection of the adventures they had slaying goblins, yet they'll pass by each other in the real world and feel a feint moment of deja vu. Main guy will turn around, try to say something, or will say something random, other character will be like, "wut" and he'll smile like a doofus and say "nevermind"

Because anime.

I am quite glad I was able to drop my list from 19 to 14 (which includes Ace of D and Gundam Thunderbolt). Makes my weekly backlog easy to catch up on.

On a different note, my top 5 has actually shifted around a bit.

Though I'm caught up entirely in the Erased manga, it's still winning #1 spot by a pretty big margin.

It kinda feels like the idea of a maid squad is a little TOO left-field for this show, but at the same time the elites are all lolis so I can't be too surprised.
I wonder how he's going to handle them when they find out the other diamonds are a lie.
