I think for Touma its more like, if I have to fight someone I'm going to punch them (in the face) until they stop, he just happens to fight females most of the time .

I think this week's art budget got prioritized for the fight and all the blood at the end. Oh and paying for all the voicing of those side characters.

Yeah, pretty standard episode, but good and exciting nonetheless. Interesting how they referenced that scene in the first season, and looks like Touma might get to deck another woman next episode.

Considering Touma fought a guy who duel wielded guns that turned into many guns that shot swords for Himegami, I guess I was expecting more emotion or some kind of vengeance pact from him seeing her.

So another arc ends. And the badguy's power is apparently he is able to make crosses big...

I sometimes wonder if the villains actually go down after 1-2 punches in the novels (except Accelerator who took like 20 despite having the least constitution out of everyone), or if J.C. Staff is just giving us a condensed version of the fights.

So episode 17 was fantastic in every way possible. I love the way the Misaka clones talk still, hasn't gotten old.
Touma is an unfortunate, yet lucky guy.

Ahem, anyways the ep was pretty amusing. I have mixed feelings about the new OP though, I'm not found of the starting two-thirds.

Well that was a fairly pointless two episodes, with the only remotely enlightening insight is that Kaori apparently goes commando.

Anyways, looks like we're back to punching people or something resembling rampant destruction next week.

I started to watch this and it quickly became a drag to wait week after week. Decided to hold off on this until full BD release and watch it all in one run just like the first season.

Those Misaka clones are some of my favorite characters simply because they way they talk is infinitely amusing to me. These eps were definitely pointless, but unlike the Railgun filler they were actually a lot of fun to watch.

Wow, I'm surprised; The full version of OP2 is actually one of the better TV size-to-Full transitions I've heard from I've sound.

See VisionS has a really weird flow for me.

Besides the fact that it's quieter than most songs for the entirety of the song, it's actually really starting to grow on me.

I think her tongue piercing is badass.

I wonder if the war-mace is magical or something, otherwise Vento wouldn't have a reason to not just club Touma to death.

It's like...... I laughed so hard, this is just the best way of doing anything from beating somebody to saving them, you just give them a good 'ol punch in the face.

The message of this show seems to be that anyone can be redeemed after a sufficient amount of punches to the face.

Yeah, I mean I like the characters, I love the plot and the way they have people who use different powers based on Science, magic and esper powers, and Touma is a great guy but I wish they would try and mix it up a bit, I mean he doesn't have to fight every enemy himself, one of my favorite things is to see Index spell intercept some bitches.
