Winter 2015 Watch List
FIRST! Got there!
Continuations/Sequels
Aldnoah Zero 2 - Top notch staff all on one project. Let's just hope deaths don't get retconned or BS'd.
Durarara!!!x2 - Liked the show a lot, but it's been so long that I don't remember much.
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders - JOOOOOOJOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!
Kuroko no Basuke 3 - My dick is so hard for this show right now, you don't even know. HOWEVER.... if I don't see red hair's team play or see his ability, -1.
Soukyuu no Fafner: Dead Aggressor - Exodus - Same character design as Gundam SEED. I think they waited a little too long for this, as I remember quite literally nothing from S1.
Toyko Ghoul (square root of A) - According to a friend who reads the manga, this season should be almost nothing but action. I'm banking on it anyway.
Cross Ange - This show has more twists and turns than licorice and boy scout knots.
Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso - I probably mentioned this before, but as a violinist of 19 years having played in a professional orchestra for 5, I can relate.
Gundam Build Fighters Try - I may or may not continue watching this.
The new shit
Absolute Duo - I don't see this being much better than Blade Dance of the Elementals, but at least it's not a poor man's Familiar of Zero. Worst case scenario, it'll give me a definite "worst of 2015" candidate.
Ansatsu Kyoushitsu - A comedy about a class that has to assassinate their teacher? I'll give it 3.
Death Parade - Interesting premise, and Madhouse has been on a roll this past year.
Kantai Collection - This is where all the hype is going to be, and I just hate being left out of the loop in the otaku community. Ars Nova still better.
Saenai Heroine no Sodate-kata - This seemed to be on everyone's "most anticipated anime 2015" list, so time to find out why.
Seiken Tsukai no World Break - Action/Fantasy with magic an' shit. If this turns into a typical harem with shallow humor like Trinity 7 it's going straight to the dropped pile.
Psycho-Pass movie - Anichart says this comes out in a day, but I'm wondering if that means in Japan's theaters. If that's true, then I won't see this until a year from now. But this will probably be the best anime movie of the year. Season 2 was lackluster because most of the main staff was busy working on this. It's back to PROduction I.G. and Gen is lead writer I believe.
Total: 15 + movie. Mentioned this before, I'm sure, but really trying to cut down on compulsively trying to watch everything. The logic "could be cool" or "everything has potential" is just too inefficient (lookin at a certain beeitch).
But all in all, this season seems to be much better stacked than the previous, despite having UBW and Amaburi.

Re: Winter 2015 Watch List
For being "most anticipated", Sodate-kata sounds really shitty. Luckily A-1 is a more consistent quality studio, and the word "foreigner" in a show's descriptions can usually draw in my in on its own. Let's hope it doesn't suck.
